Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Oversee accounting, treasury, cash flow, and financial reporting functions
  • Partner with operational leadership to improve profitability and efficiency
  • Support capital planning, investment analysis, and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and reporting requirements
  • Develop actionable financial insights for executive leadership
  • Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams
  • Drive process improvement and financial transparency initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred
  • 6+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
  • Multi-entity or multi-unit operational finance experience required
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting expertise
  • Experience leading finance teams within complex organizations
  • Exceptional communication and executive partnership abilities
