Location: New York

Compensation: $200,000 - $300,000

Schedule - Hybrid

Role Description:

We are partnered with a fast-growing, PE-backed company that operates at the intersection of power infrastructure and energy innovation. They are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to partner with the CEO and Board of Directors to drive financial strategy, operations, and long-term value creation during a pivotal growth stage. The position will lead all aspects of finance, accounting, treasury, cash management, and strategic initiatives while helping scale the organization for future expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall financial strategy and planning
• Own accounting, reporting audit, treasury, and internal controls across the management company
• Manage lender, investor, and banking relationships
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives, M&A evaluations, and capital allocation decisions
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting organization
• Supporting investor relations and fundraising
• Preparing diligence materials

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and operations
• Experience managing a team of 5+
• Experience with trade ops, futures, options and FX
• Fluency with private fund mechanics
