Salary: $110,000–$130,000 + bonus

CFO - Nonprofit Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

  
  
• 
  

• Lead and develop a team of four across accounting and administration

  
  
• 
  

• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to the Finance Committee and Board of Directors

  
  
• 
  

• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives, expansion opportunities, and capital investments

  
  
• 
  

• Manage financial planning and reporting across multiple funding sources, including Medicaid, private pay, grants, and charitable contributions

  
  
• 
  

• Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership on financial strategy, operational decisions, and long-term sustainability

CFO - Nonprofit Qualifications:

• 
  

• Strong accounting leadership experience at the Controller, Director of Finance, or CFO level

  
  
• 
  

• Experience overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and day-to-day accounting operations

  
  
• 
  

• Nonprofit, healthcare, senior living, or related industry experience preferred

  
  
• 
  

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate strategic opportunities

• Experience presenting financial information to executive leadership, Finance Committees, or Boards of Directors
