CFS Operator – Custom Fulfillment Services (CFS) Objective The Custom Fulfillment Services Operator supports by ensuring devices and related orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This role focuses on order execution, device handling, and workflow tracking within the warehouse environment to meet customer commitments. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Process and handle customer devices through all stages of the workflow. Perform basic auto-provisioning, etching, troubleshooting, configuration, and quality checks on PC devices. Track and update device status as it moves through various warehouse stages and locations. Support order fulfillment by managing and prioritizing large volumes of freight and devices. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with high standards, timelines, and service level agreements (SLAs). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment within the facility. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for processes, standards, and workflows. Adapt to a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines during peak cycles. Handle heavy workload and work efficiently Critical Skills & Qualifications Presentable as we host client tours frequently. Working knowledge of PC configuration (laptops, notebooks and tablets) and warehouse operations. Is able to work with a team Can work swift but accurately Ability to prioritize tasks and manage large volumes of orders effectively. Good with data entry on computers Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
