Returns Lead - Custom Fulfillment Services (CFS)
Lead Device Returns, Asset Management, and Redeployment Operations

TRC is seeking an experienced Returns Lead to support our operations. In this role, you will oversee the complete customer returns process, ensuring assets are received, tracked, stored, and redeployed efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy and delivering exceptional customer service. If you have a background in logistics, inventory management, asset tracking, or warehouse operations and enjoy leading teams and improving processes, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities
Lead daily customer return operations, ensuring returned devices are processed accurately and within established service level agreements (SLAs).
Manage the lifecycle of returned assets, including receiving, inspection, grading, storage, tracking, and redeployment readiness.
Oversee inventory transactions and conduct audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
Investigate inventory discrepancies, missing assets, and tracking issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Track key performance indicators including inventory accuracy, return turnaround times, asset recovery rates, SLA compliance, and redeployment readiness.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives that increase efficiency and asset utilization.
Provide daily direction, training, and support to team members while promoting a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For
Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, returns processing, asset management, or supply chain environments.
Strong understanding of inventory control processes, asset tracking, and warehouse operations.
Experience working with inventory management systems and operational reporting tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex operational issues.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data-driven reporting.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) or IT asset lifecycle operations.
Knowledge of device provisioning, configuration services, or technology fulfillment environments.
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
Familiarity with supply chain operations.
