Cross-training and providing support to other judicial chambers as needed is an expected part of this position.

The pay for this position is $30.88 minimum hourly. Employees transferring from another State of Alaska agency or applicants with substantial work experience may receive consideration for an advance step placement.

This position is in the partially exempt service; the incumbent serves "at-will" to the hiring authority.

  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate complex information about policies and procedures.
  • Experience maintaining office files and/or records systems.
  • Ability to handle with courtesy and tact a wide variety of court system contacts, in writing and in person.
