Position summary
The Change Analyst supports the development of change management plans and execution of change management initiatives across the firm by coordinating planning activities and implementing change enablement activities related to stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness and adoption. Working closely with Change leads, project teams, and other stakeholders, this role supports assigned change workstreams throughout the project lifecycle, while adapting to project and stakeholder needs.
The role supports development and delivery of communications and training activities, stakeholder engagement efforts, reporting and dashboard updates, and adoption and business readiness tracking to support successful implementation of change initiatives across global, cross-functional teams.

You will be required to work in the office at minimum 4 days per week. Occasionally called upon to work hours in excess of your normal daily schedule. The details of your weekly schedule will be discussed further with your direct supervisor.
Pay ranges
This is a non-exempt position. The hourly wage range for this role is $46.63 to $72.53, with an estimated annual compensation range of $97,000 to $132,000, based on expected hours. This represents the presently anticipated pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
Atlanta, Austin, Dallas, Houston, Pittsburgh - $46.63 - $53.85 per hour (40-hour workweek; approximately $97,000 - $112,000 annually based on expected hours)
Miami - $49.74 - $57.44 per hour (37.5-hour workweek; approximately $97,000 - $112,000 annually based on expected hours)
Philadelphia, Wilmington: $50.00 - $57.21 per hour (40-hour workweek; approximately $104,000 - $119,000 annually based on expected hours)
Chicago – $57.14 - $65.38 per hour (35-hour workweek; approximately $104,000 - $119,000 annually based on expected hours)
Princeton, Washington, DC – $53.37 - $61.06 per hour (40-hour workweek; approximately $111,000 - $127,000 annually based on expected hours)
New York: $63.74 - $72.53 per hour (35-hour workweek; approximately $116,000 - $132,000 annually based on expected hours)
