Job Summary
To drive operational excellence by standardizing work, optimizing line balance, and ensuring clear direction and precise timing across all production processes. The change control coordinator is committed to maintaining seamless change control, supporting cross-functional alignment, and ensuring all customer requirements are met accurately and on time in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a feeder position for Production Supervisor, Supply Chain Planner, Engineering and/or POMs within 1 to 2 years.
Responsibilities & Activities

Responsibility 1: Assist in defining metrics
Responsibility 2: Lead the cross-functional continuous improvement team to achieve defined metrics
Responsibility 3: Be willing to travel internationally and have a passport
Flexible scheduling, shift jumping Authority and responsibility to stop production when a quality or safety issue arise Work required walking, talking, seeing, hearing, sitting, climbing, bending, stooping, grasping, crouching, pushing, balancing, reaching, kneeling, and standing Must comply with all work rules, policies, procedures and work instructions Must be able to list up to 33lbs on a regular basis Work requires working under high and low temperatures at certain times
