    Change Control & Governance Manager

    Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Change Control & Governance Manager to lead and govern the lifecycle of software solution delivery across the organization. This strategic role ensures that change requests, enhancements, and transformation initiatives are executed in a structured, controlled, and efficient manner, aligning business objectives with technical execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the end-to-end software solution delivery lifecycle, from discovery sessions to deployment.
    • Translate business needs into actionable requirements and ensure alignment with technical feasibility.
    • Contribute to solution design, architecture definition, dependency management, and scalability planning.
    • Oversee portfolio leadership and governance across multiple projects, ensuring resource optimization and compliance.
    • Provide structured communication and updates to stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration.
    • Prepare documentation including delivery updates, release notes, and implementation plans.
    • Define delivery roadmaps and timelines, ensuring coordination across projects and systems.
    • Govern change controls throughout the delivery process to maintain quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, manage risks, and adapt to evolving business needs.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Strong background in IT, computer science, or information systems.
    • Proven experience in change control management and project lifecycle governance.
    • Knowledge of APIs, web services, SaaS architecture, cloud computing, and integration frameworks.
    • Strong project management skills with experience in scaled agile methodologies.
    • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English, technical writing).
    • Analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities with a logical approach to root cause analysis.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment and collaborate across teams.
    • Prior experience tracking, documenting, and reporting stakeholder-driven changes.
    • Strong risk management and decision-making skills to anticipate and mitigate issues.
