POSITION TITLE: Change Management - 15 Month Project - Benefits Eligible

DEPARTMENT: Talent Development

  • POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree required. In lieu of degree, a comparable combination of education and relevant professional and/or military experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives, large scale projects and driving organizational change.
  • Solid understanding of change management methodologies and strategies, e.g., Agile, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model, Prosci ADKAR Model.
  • Experience with Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS) strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of human resources practices a plus.

MAJOR DUTIES:

  • Collaborate with Implementation Partner, subject matter experts (SMEs) and the HCM project team to develop a comprehensive change management roadmap to support the adoption of the new HCM system and ERP/EPM system.
  • Align change management and communication activities to ensure consistent messaging and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Create and manage a pool of change champions, preparing them to support the change initiatives.
  • Design and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the adoption process.
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
  • Identify and address resistance to change or roadblocks to business transformation and system implementation
