POSITION TITLE: Change Management - 15 Month Project - Benefits Eligible
DEPARTMENT: Talent Development
- POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required. In lieu of degree, a comparable combination of education and relevant professional and/or military experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives, large scale projects and driving organizational change.
- Solid understanding of change management methodologies and strategies, e.g., Agile, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model, Prosci ADKAR Model.
- Experience with Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS) strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of human resources practices a plus.
MAJOR DUTIES:
- Collaborate with Implementation Partner, subject matter experts (SMEs) and the HCM project team to develop a comprehensive change management roadmap to support the adoption of the new HCM system and ERP/EPM system.
- Align change management and communication activities to ensure consistent messaging and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Create and manage a pool of change champions, preparing them to support the change initiatives.
- Design and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the adoption process.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
- Identify and address resistance to change or roadblocks to business transformation and system implementation
