Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
Prosci Change Management certification
10+ years of professional work experience
Experience managing Information Technology related projects
Well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies
Experience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progress
Able to identify and mitigate risks.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements
Preferred qualifications:
Expertise as a clinical informaticist
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Expertise developing executive-level briefings and presentations using MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Experience working in the healthcare system and/or VA
Experience implementing electronic health records (EHR)
Expertise with the Cerner/Oracle EHR, including workflow familiarity
