Change Management Communications Consultant
Location - Arlington TX
Job Overview
The Change Management Communications Consultant will support stakeholder engagement, change readiness, and adoption for the
SailPoint SaaS Platform Migration and Optimization program . The role focuses on helping stakeholders understand what is changing, why it matters, and how they will be supported throughout the transition.
The consultant will work closely with Organizational Change Management (OCM), project teams, training partners, and internal communications to deliver effective communications and enablement materials. This role is ideal for someone with experience in change management, stakeholder communications, and training enablement for large scale technology or SaaS implementations in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Support stakeholder engagement, change readiness, and adoption activities aligned with project milestones and goa `live events.
Identify impacted stakeholder groups and assess change impacts, readiness, and support needs by role, location, and level of impact.
Partner with change management and training teams to define communication and learning strategies that support adoption and sustained use.
Develop targeted communication and engagement materials such as stakeholder updates, FAQs, change impact summaries, and goa `live support content.
Create and maintain IAM specific change and enablement materials, including access change explanations, role impacts, and goa `live readiness communications.
Translate technical and process changes into clear, actionable messaging for business and technical audiences.
Engage with business leaders, subject matter experts, and project teams to gather inputs, validate impacts, and reinforce alignment and sponsorship.
Collaborate with training teams to align learning approaches, timing, and reinforcement activities with identified change impacts.
Coordinate with internal communications teams to align messaging, channels, and timing with enterprise communication strategies.
Track communication, training, and engagement deliverables and incorporate feedback to improve adoption outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience creating technical, change, or enablement content for enterprise technology or SaaS implementations.
Experience assessing change impacts and translating them into effective communication and training needs.
Strong technical writing skills with the ability to translate IAM, security, or access related concepts into clear guidance.
Experience working in structured project or program environments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fasta `paced setting.
Strong attention to detail, collaboration, and followa `through.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting IAM platform migrations, preferably
SailPoint , including access model changes and post goa `live adoption.
Experience developing change or enablement materials for security or compliance driven initiatives.
Experience partnering with technical SMEs to validate IAM related communications and enda `user guidance.
Familiarity with formal change management methodologies such as
Prosci or ADKAR .
Experience working with training or learning teams.
Experience supporting global or phased technology deployments.
