What You'll Do:

Coordinate full estimating service efforts across all CSI divisions for large, complex work within Lump Sum, Design Build, and Construction Management formats
Review proposal specifications and drawings, attend pre-bid meetings, and develop scope requirements for heavy industrial trades (boilermaker, steel, concrete, piping, electrical)
Prepare cost estimates and bid documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness for management's bidding process
Manage budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
Identify competitive edge strategies and communicate contractual requirements — risk, schedule, insurance, bonding, and penalties — through to project award

Must-Have Qualifications:

5+ years of estimating, preconstruction, or related general construction management experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent training/experience with HS diploma)
Proficiency in computer estimating applications (Excel, estimating software)
Experience using Microsoft Project or Primavera
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
