Job Summary:
This role is responsible for guiding organizations through significant transformations by implementing new tools and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will assess organizational readiness for change, provide strategic counsel to leadership on managing behavior and development, and ensure successful adoption of new initiatives. The position requires a proactive approach to driving sustainable performance enhancements by building employee capacity to adapt to evolving processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess organizational readiness for change initiatives.
- Develop and present actionable change plans to stakeholders.
- Advise leadership on organizational development principles.
- Facilitate the adoption of new tools and processes.
- Drive culture changes for sustainable performance improvements.
Must-Have Skills:- Expertise in change management methodologies.
- Strong organizational assessment capabilities.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Experience in organizational transformation and process change is desirable.
