  • PROSCI Certification or extensive experience applying the ADKAR change management methodology.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise technology deployments across multiple locations.
  • Direct experience leading Point of Sale (POS) rollouts is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with experience leading enterprise hardware and software deployments such as telephony systems, enterprise phone implementations, store technology, infrastructure, or device rollouts will also be strongly considered.
  • Strong experience conducting organizational readiness assessments, change impact analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, leadership coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience managing complex deployments involving logistics, distributed workforces, and phased implementation schedules.
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Retail industry experience (strongly preferred).
  • Experience in Banking or other multi-location enterprise organizations.
  • Experience managing enterprise infrastructure or store technology implementations.
  • Previous experience leading global or multi-brand transformation initiatives.
Additional Information:
