Job Summary:
  • This role provides change management support for Customer organization initiatives.
  • Responsible for planning and executing change strategies across complex projects, programs, or transformation efforts, this position ensures successful adoption and delivery of business outcomes.
  • This will include development and implementation of change management plans for customer organization initiatives, including coordinating all aspects of change on a single complex project, transformational effort or across multiple initiatives within a program.
  • The role partners with business and executive leaders to drive department-level change, align stakeholders, and embed sustainable change practices across multiple initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Defines and delivers change management strategies and plans across multiple, cross-functional initiatives, including program-level transformation work
  • Leads end-to-end change management execution for large-scale efforts, including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, training, coaching, and resistance management
  • Applies and adapts Prosci methodology and tools; coaches practitioners and non-practitioners to drive consistent adoption of change practices
  • Establishes and supports strong sponsorship; coaches leaders on expected behaviors and partners closely with executive stakeholders
  • Influences and shapes desired behaviors, mindsets, and cultural change to enable sustained adoption
  • Integrates change management with project delivery (Agile and waterfall) and aligns with broader enterprise transformation efforts
  • Leads stakeholder engagement activities across diverse audiences, tailoring approaches as needed
  • Defines success metrics and manages multi-stream measurement to demonstrate progress toward adoption and business outcomes
  • Anticipates and mitigates risks, resistance, and conflicts, including navigating complex or sensitive organizational dynamics
  • Develops and drives organizational best practices; mentors and coaches peers and other team members
  • Operates effectively in ambiguity while managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
 
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership skills, including influence, negotiation, and conflict management
  • Ability to communicate vision and drive alignment across stakeholders, including executive audiences
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts for non-experts
  • Experience leading large-scale, enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Experience working within Agile teams and delivery models; experience working with Jira
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
  • Comfort with complexity, ambiguity, and organizational change
  • Experience in complementary disciplines (e.g., project management, customer experience, training, communications, digital transformation, design thinking)
  • Certified Change Management Professional (Prosci preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI)
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
 
Education Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree required,
  • Master’s preferred
