Position Overview

- Driving readiness, engagement, adoption, and sustainable behavioral change
Key Responsibilities
Change Management Leadership
- Lead change management activities for strategic transformation and technology initiatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities.
- Support multiple projects across a transformation portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, project teams, and impacted stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder analyses and maintain engagement plans.
- Facilitate alignment workshops, feedback sessions, focus groups, and change network meetings.
- Influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
- Coach leaders on change management and resistance management strategies.
- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness assessments.
- Lead workshops to analyze current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) environments.
- Identify organizational impacts, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor readiness and adoption metrics throughout project execution.
- Develop communication strategies to articulate the vision, benefits, and practical implications of change.
- Create executive-ready communications, presentations, FAQs, leadership messages, and change materials.
- Design and execute creative engagement campaigns, particularly for AI and digital transformation initiatives.
- Translate project information and data into compelling visual content.
- Develop training strategies, plans, and supporting materials.
- Coordinate training logistics and capability-building activities.
- Support the creation of learning resources and eLearning content.
- Drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models.
- Track change activities, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ensure alignment across communications, training, business processes, and project timelines.
- Gather feedback from impacted groups and adjust plans accordingly.
- Define and monitor SLAs and KPIs to measure change success.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of change methodologies and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Change Management Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in change management supporting large-scale business or technology transformations.
- Experience leading end-to-end change management initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, preferably Prosci.
- Experience conducting:
- Impact assessments
- Stakeholder analyses
- Readiness assessments
- Adoption assessments
- Proven experience supporting AI adoption and digital transformation programs.
- Experience driving adoption through structured change interventions.
- Experience with system implementations and technology transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong executive communication and presentation development skills.
- Experience creating:
- Communication plans
- Leadership messaging
- FAQs
- Training materials
- Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
- Experience engaging with senior executives and sponsors.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Ability to gain stakeholder buy-in and influence decision-making.
- Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting complex, cross-functional transformation programs.
- Ability to assess organizational impacts and adoption risks.

- 5+ years of direct change management experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
