The DC Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) needs a Change Management Specialist for the PASS Procurement System Modernization Project, replacing the District’s on-premises procurement system with a new cloud solution. You will drive adoption, communications, and training while minimizing disruption and keeping the project on schedule. Hybrid in Washington, DC, onsite 4 days a week.
Job Responsibilities
Apply a structured change management methodology to drive adoption of a new cloud-based procurement system, using established change management principles and tools
Help create the change management plan and strategy that supports adoption of the changes the project requires
Design, develop, deliver, and manage key communications to project stakeholders
Assess change impact through impact analyses, change-readiness evaluations, and stakeholder identification (as directed by the OCP Change Manager)
Support training efforts: provide input, document requirements, schedule sessions, and assist with the design and delivery of training programs
Contribute to core change management plans, including stakeholder communication plans and training plans

Qualifications
What you need
Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Extensive organizational change management experience supporting enterprise system implementations
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Change management documentation with demonstrated writing and editing skills
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate messages and tailor documents to a variety of audiences
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willing and able to work onsite 4 days a week in Washington, DC
Required skills
