Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Change Management Training Lead to support a large-scale enterprise transformation program focused on training strategy, user enablement, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness. This role will partner closely with Change Management and business teams to drive end-to-end training activities across impacted audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute training and enablement strategies
- Conduct audience impact analysis and readiness planning
- Create training materials, FAQs, decks, and communications
- Partner with stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams
- Coordinate training schedules, reviews, and delivery activities
- Support agile-based transformation initiatives
Must-Have Skills:
- 7+ years in Training, Instructional Design, or Change Management
- Enterprise-level training and stakeholder management experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with training/content development tools
- Ability to manage end-to-end enablement activities
Industry Experience:
- Enterprise transformation or digital modernization programs
- Consulting background preferred
- Experience in large enterprise environments required
- Marketing or retail transformation experience is a plus
