Job Description:
• Develop and implement a change management strategies and plans.
• Anticipate and address resistance from employees and teams impacted by the changes.
• Develop specific plans to mitigate or address points of resistance.
• Assess change readiness and identify key leaders and sponsors across the organization.
• Collaborate with the project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
• Apply a methodology to lead change management activities.
• Support communication efforts, including designing, developing and managing key communications.
• Provide input and support to our implementation partners on the design and delivery of training programs.
• Establish a network of user groups and support teams to address user queries post-launch.
• Measure training the adoption effectiveness and address underperforming areas as needed.
• Collect feedback from users for ongoing improvements.
• Foster collaboration and communication working through others, at all levels of the organization, to ensure success of changes
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to the project team and leadership.
• Create clear and concise documentation for all project activities and decisions
