The Change Manager will support various projects, requiring a strong grasp of change management methodologies and the ability to lead without direct authority.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in managing change in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement change management plans to support initiatives.
Identify stakeholder needs and expectations related to change initiatives.
Conduct impact analyses and recommend appropriate interventions.
Coordinate with teams to develop and execute communication plans.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management activities.
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in managing change in complex environments.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex ideas for broad audiences.
Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
