ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Change Manager to support high-impact, fast-moving change initiatives for a leading technology organization in the Bay Area. This role is designed for an adaptable professional who thrives in ambiguity, operates with urgency, and excels at coordinating complex programs by aligning the right people, insights, and execution at the right time.
Rather than serving as a deep subject-matter expert in traditional change disciplines, this role focuses on supporting strategic coordination, facilitating communication, and building momentum across multiple workstreams. Working closely with Senior Change Managers and program leadership, you will help ensure that initiatives stay on track, stakeholders remain engaged, and deliverables are met with quality and consistency.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the [Change Manager] position is $110,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the [Change Manager] position is $120,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
