Ready to make an impact? We're seeking a dynamic Channel Commercial Marketing Manager to shape the future of how we connect with and empower our healthcare distributor and reseller partners. In this role, you'll own the marketing strategy that drives engagement, strengthens partnerships, and fuels growth. With your creativity, energy, and strategic mindset, you'll develop programs that inspire partner commitment, enable sales success, and deliver measurable results.What You'll Be Doing:Own the Channel Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy for the distributor and reseller channels, including healthcare technology and MedSurg, aligning initiatives with business and sales goals to drive awareness, engagement, and profitable growth.Partner Engagement & Growth: Design and deliver campaigns, programs, and communications that strengthen partner relationships, improve partner satisfaction, and expand channel performance.Sales Enablement: Equip channel partners' sales teams with the tools, content, and training needed to effectively position and sell our products. Develop partner toolkits, playbooks, presentations, and other enablement resources that support revenue generation. Introduce and onboard new products through the channel.Program Execution: Manage a robust channel partner program that includes growth rebates, MDF, co-op marketing, and other support benefits, ensuring alignment with partner capabilities and market opportunities. Manage MDF budget.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Commercial Marketing, Global Creative and other teams to ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution.Performance Measurement: Track and report on campaign effectiveness, partner engagement metrics, and ROI to inform ongoing strategy and optimization.Perform other related duties and projects as assigned to support overall channel marketing goals.#LI-EA1What You Will Need To Be Successful:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on marketing communications and campaign development.Experience in B2B marketing or channel marketing.Proven ability to design and execute strategic marketing plans that deliver measurable results.Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across multiple teams and stakeholders.Excellent communication, project management, and analytical abilities.About Us:Who we are:When hospitals, schools, hotels, and even music festivals need to identify the people coming through their doors, they rely on PDC's expertise and solutions.
