Duration: FTELocation: PA-Malvern, MN-Minneapolis, PA-Philadelphia, KS-Kansas City, MO-St. Louis, or GA-Atlanta; Hybrid 1-2 days onsite Overview: The Channel Partnerships Administrator provides operational, administrative, and program management support to the Channel Partner Sales organization. This role is responsible for coordinating partner programs, maintaining operational processes, managing reporting and documentation, and supporting partner engagement activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities while serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners.Responsibilities:Maintain partner program records, portals, certifications, and compliance requirementsMonitor and track partner participation, program status, and operational deliverablesCoordinate onboarding activities and ongoing partner engagement processesEnsure accuracy and completeness of partner documentation and recordsPrepare and distribute pipeline reports, KPI dashboards, and executive-level summariesTrack partner performance metrics and provide reporting support for leadership reviewsAssist in data analysis and reporting initiatives to support channel sales strategiesMaintain CRM data integrity and support reporting accuracySchedule and coordinate partner meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), executive reviews, and partner planning sessionsPrepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and follow-up action itemsFacilitate communication between internal stakeholders and partner organizationsSupport leadership communications, updates, and partner announcementsTrack partner funding requests, reimbursement submissions, and related documentationEnsure required approvals and supporting documentation are completed and maintainedMonitor funding utilization and assist with reporting requirementsCoordinate partner events, webinars, training sessions, and enablement activitiesManage logistics, registration processes, communications, and post-event follow-upSupport the development and distribution of partner-facing materials and resourcesManage partner contracts, NDAs, alliance agreements, and other supporting documentationMaintain organized records and documentation repositoriesCoordinate contract review workflows and renewal tracking with internal stakeholdersQualifications:2-5 years of experience in operations, partnership administration, sales operations, program coordination, or a related technical support roleStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracyAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, and business reporting toolsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong problem-solving and project coordination capabilitiesAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across teamsPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting channel sales, alliances, partner ecosystems, or indirect sales organizationsFamiliarity with partner programs and partner relationship management processesExperience with contract administration, funding programs, or partner marketing activitiesKnowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $65,000 or the hourly equivalent.
