This part-time Chaplain Services role provides holistic spiritual care to patients, families, staff, and physicians, including counseling, sacramental ministries, and support during emergencies or crises.
- Responds to medical-ethical dilemmas and promotes patient safety.
- Supports religious and cultural diversity, facilitates ethical decision-making, and collaborates with clinical teams.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree, one ACPE-accredited CPE unit, and faith group endorsement eligibility.
- Must participate in on-call rotations, demonstrate strong communication, conflict resolution, and cultural humility skills.
- Physical ability to work in care environments and transport as needed.
