Chaplain – Clinical Pastoral Education Supervisor

Concord, CA

Schedule: 3x8 Days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week
Contract: 13 weeks

In this role, you would take primary responsibility for the ACPE program, including developing, managing, and supervising CPE activities in accordance with ACPE standards. You would also provide direct spiritual care to patients, families, and staff as needed, especially during times of crisis, grief, illness, and major life transitions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with CPE program management, individual and group supervision, pastoral care theory, and supporting people from diverse religious, spiritual, and cultural backgrounds.

Requirements Include:

• Master’s degree in Theological Studies or related field
• ACPE Certified Educator or ACPE Associate Certified Educator
• Faith group endorsement
• Ordination in a recognized faith group
• Supervisory or management experience
• Strong experience supervising CPE students
• Healthcare spiritual care experience preferred
