As a key member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), the Chaplain provides spiritual guidance, counseling, and emotional support tailored to the beliefs and values of each individual.What You'll DoProvide Spiritual and Emotional Support - Conduct spiritual assessments and offer pastoral care that aligns with the unique needs and beliefs of each patient and their family.Be a Comforting Presence - Visit patients regularly, offering compassionate care and prayer as desired. Celebrate birthdays and special moments with patients and their families.Facilitate Connections - Work with community clergy and religious organizations to ensure patients have access to the faith-based support they need.Participate in Care Planning - Collaborate with the IDT to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.Lead Memorial Services - Offer support by conducting or assisting with memorial and funeral services as requested.What We're Looking ForMaster's degree in Divinity, Theology, or a related field (Preferred)Experience in Healthcare or Hospice (Preferred) - Two or more years in a similar role.Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Training (Preferred) - At least one unit completed.Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Ability to connect with individuals from all backgrounds and faith traditions.Compassionate and Authentic Presence - A heart for service and a deep understanding of grief, loss, and end-of-life care.Ready to Make a Difference?If you are looking for a rewarding career where you can provide meaningful support to patients and families during their most vulnerable moments, we would love to hear from you.Apply today and be part of a team that truly makes a difference.#sponsor123
