The Chaplain position involves providing comprehensive religious ministry services to Veteran patients, including pastoral counseling for complex moral, ethical, and spiritual issues.
Serves as an integral member of an interdisciplinary treatment team, advising staff and collaborating to ensure high-quality, equitable care.
The role includes leading religious services, offering spiritual guidance, and managing Chaplain programs.
Provides leadership, staff development, and conducts projects to support Chaplain Service objectives.
The work schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with no telework or virtual options.
Other duties as assigned.
