Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.\n \nSummary:\n \nChaplain will support mission of the institution by providing timely, high quality spiritual care to patients, families, friends, and staff, providing in-service and student instruction; participating in research, maintaining collegial relationships with other faculty/staff, and contributing to the larger community. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.\n \nOther information:\n \nGraduate of accredited college/university.\n \nPrevious hospital experience. Previous Rush experience (Preferred) \n \nCompleted at least one unit of CPE\n \nResponsibilities:\n \nProvide spiritual care to neonate, infant, child adolescent, adult or geriatric patients as needed or assigned according to all policies and standards set forth by department guidelines.\n \nProvide on-call as assigned or negotiated.\n \nOther tasks as assigned.\n \nRush is an equal opportunity employer.
