Responsibilities also include documentation, interdisciplinary communication, team leadership, supervising volunteers, and participating in hospital-wide programs. Candidates must hold a Master of Divinity or equivalent, have pastoral care experience, and be endorsed or actively pursuing endorsement by a religious group and professional certifying bodies.
