Historic Hudson Valley (HHV) is a Westchester-based cultural non-profit that welcomes visitors to four National Historic Landmarks, including Philipsburg Manor and Washington Irving’s Sunnyside. HHV offers an array of K-12 school programs, public tours, and seasonal festivals including the Great Jack O’Lantern Blaze. The organization has a national reputation for groundbreaking on-site educational programs and award-winning digital content in the content areas of Northern colonial enslavement, regional women’s history, and storytelling.
Character Greeter:
Candidates will be portraying the Headless Horseman and should be outgoing and comfortable working with the public. Applicants must be able to engage guests by bringing character to life through non-verbal exaggerated body language and posing for photos, while wearing a full-body costumes.
