Licensed Practical Nurse - Health Center

Shift: Swing 2:00pm - 10:00pm (4 on 2 off rotation)

We're looking for a skilled and dependable nurse to provide both hands-on care and shift leadership within our Health Center.

At Dallas Retirement Village, the Charge Nurse plays a key role in overseeing daily nursing operations while ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate care. This position supports nursing assistants, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and helps maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents.

What You'll Do

The Charge Nurse supervises daily nursing activities while providing direct resident care to residents in Long-Term Care with an oversite of 20 residents and 3-4 CNA Staff.

What You Bring

  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workflow
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care
  • Customer service mindset and team-oriented approach
