Charge Nurse, Medical Surgical

• Full-time, permanent position
  
• Schedule: Night Shift; three, 12-hour shifts
  

• Oversee daily operations of the med-surg unit, ensuring safe staffing, patient flow coordination, and adherence to clinical standards
  

• Provide leadership to nursing staff by supporting clinical decision-making, resolving unit issues, and ensuring high-quality patient care delivery
  

Charge Nurse Qualifications:

• New Mexico or Compact RN License required
  
• 2 years of clinical nursing experience
  
• Previous Charge nurse or nurse leadership experience preferred
