The Charge RN – Main Operating Room provides clinical leadership while delivering exceptional perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced acute care environment. This role coordinates daily operations, supports nursing staff, collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and ensures safe, efficient, and patient-centered care throughout the surgical process.

Education:

Graduate from an Accredited Nursing Program
\n
\n
Licensure & Certifications
\n
\n
California Registered Nurse (RN) License
\n
BLS – American Heart Association
\n
NIH Stroke Scale Certification (within 90 days of hire)
\n
\n
Experience
\n
\n
Minimum 1 year RN experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
\n
RN Leadership experience
\n
Minimum 2 years of recent Peri-Anesthesia RN experience
\n
Acute Care Hospital experience
\n
Operating Room / Perioperative nursing experience
\n
\n
Preferred Qualifications
