Charge Registered Nurse/RN in Oklahoma

I'm hiring for a Charge Registered Nurse/RN in Oklahoma! There is potential for sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance.

The Charge RN coordinates activities of personnel on assigned shift(s) to maintain continuity of care, patient flow and throughput accountability; arranges for staffing levels according to acuities and census; and assesses, plans, implements and evaluates nursing and hospital standards and unit policies and procedures for the purpose of monitoring and evaluating patient functional status

Location: Near Claremore, OK
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shift: Days
Requirements: College degree; OK RN license; BLS cert; prior experience, including ortho and neuro
Pay: $36-$56/hr
Benefits: 401k; health, dental, and life insurance; PTO, etc.
