The Charge Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, coordinating patient care, and supporting clinical staff in a medical-surgical unit.
This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to manage patient flow while ensuring high-quality care.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years of RN experience in Med Surg
• Active New Hampshire RN License (Required prior to start)
• BLS Certification (AHA – Required)
• Proven experience in charge nurse or leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of patient care coordination and clinical operations
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in acute care hospital settings
• Familiarity with EMR systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
