Position Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring a Charge Registered Nurse on behalf of a comprehensive medical center client in Santa Rosa, California.

The client is a full service medical center recognized for cancer, cardiology, neurosciences, orthopedics, women's services, emergency and trauma care, pediatrics, and neonatal intensive care. The Charge Registered Nurse provides shift level clinical leadership within the perianesthesia service, balancing direct patient care with coordination of staffing, patient flow, and escalation. This is a permanent, full time position on an 8 hour day shift rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide charge nurse leadership for the assigned unit during scheduled shifts.
  
• Coordinate patient assignments, staffing levels, and patient flow across the shift.
  
• Deliver direct perianesthesia nursing care to assigned patients.
  
• Serve as the clinical resource and first point of escalation for staff nurses and support personnel.
  
• Support onboarding, mentoring, and competency development of nursing staff.
  
• Apply stroke scale assessment protocols in accordance with established clinical standards.
  
• Participate in unit quality, patient safety, and patient experience initiatives.
  

Required Qualifications

1. Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
   
2. California Registered Nurse License, required upon hire.
   
3. National Provider BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association, required upon hire.
   
4. NIH Stroke Scale Certificate, with the training course completed within 90 days of hire.
   
5. One year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership ability.
   
6. At least two years of recent Perianesthesia Registered Nurse experience.
   

Schedule

• Full time, 8 hour day shifts.
  

Compensation

• Base salary range of $160,000 to $200,000 annually.
