We are partnering with a well-established organization to identify an experienced contract Chargeback Coordinator to support customer compliance and logistics-related chargeback activity. This role plays a critical part in researching, resolving, and reporting on customer chargebacks while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and third-party partners.
What You'll Be Doing
Investigate and analyze customer compliance chargebacks
Accurately code chargebacks and maintain clear documentation within dispute management systems
Reconcile chargeback paybacks and assist with settlement preparation and resolution discussions
Review and interpret customer and vendor routing guides to ensure ongoing compliance
Educate internal teams on recurring compliance issues and help drive process improvements
What We're Looking For
Experience working with customer compliance and chargebacks
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, time-sensitive setting
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Comfortable navigating and understanding complex workflows and process documentation
Solid communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team, particularly around month-end close
Excel proficiency required
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
