Chargebacks, Rebates & Credits Specialist

Location: Central New Jersey (Hybrid Available)
Compensation: $75,000 + Benefits

A growing pharmaceutical distribution company is seeking a Chargebacks, Rebates & Credits Specialist to join its team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in pharmaceutical distribution and a strong understanding of chargeback processing, rebate administration, credits management, and contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and reconcile pharmaceutical chargebacks, rebates, and customer credits.
  • Review claims for accuracy and ensure timely processing and resolution.
  • Analyze discrepancies and work with manufacturers, wholesalers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting related to chargebacks, rebates, and credits.
  • Monitor contract pricing and ensure compliance with manufacturer agreements.
  • Assist with audits, reconciliations, and month-end reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, customer service, and sales teams as needed.
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Experience in pharmaceutical distribution is required.
  • Prior experience handling chargebacks, rebates, credits, pricing, contract administration, or related functions strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient with Excel and reporting systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
