Responsibilities

As a Charity Events Assistant, you will:

• Assist with charity events, fundraising campaigns, and community programs.
• Support event setup, registration, logistics, and onsite coordination.
• Welcome and assist attendees, donors, volunteers, and community members.
• Provide excellent customer service and create positive event experiences.
• Assist with volunteer coordination and event communications.
• Track attendance, collect feedback, and support event reporting.
• Work with event coordinators and team members to ensure successful events.
• Professionally represent nonprofit partners during community outreach activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Interest in charity events, fundraising, nonprofit organizations, marketing, or community outreach
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and special events

Previous experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, volunteering, fundraising, or event coordination are encouraged to apply.
