Support project teams with day-to-day administrative and project coordination activities. Assist with the preparation, organization, and tracking of construction documentation. Coordinate project communications, schedules, and reporting to help keep projects on track. Learn and support financial, contractual, and operational project management processes. Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation is complete and organized. Collaborate with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Monitor project information and identify discrepancies with a high level of attention to detail. Contribute to multifamily, senior living, industrial, commercial renovation, and ground-up construction projects throughout the region.

Must-Have Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and accept feedback. Preferred Experience: Internship, co-op, academic, or professional experience in construction, project coordination, engineering, architecture, or a related field. Exposure to commercial construction projects or construction administration processes. Experience working with project documentation, schedules, or reporting tools.
