Charter Coordinator

Quotes and books all outside charter work throughout the Region. Centralizes and efficiently distributes the work to the appropriate location/branch.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm

Hourly Rate: Up to $25/hr

Major Responsibilities

• • Increases Outside Charter Revenue.
  • Increases Outside Charter Revenue.
  • Assists in customer quoting and pricing.
  • Distributes and dispatches the new work to the most appropriate branch or location.
  • Increases customer base.
  • Initializes marketing strategies.
  • Determines, sets, and meets budget goals.

Minimum Education or Certifications Required

• • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Minimum Experience or Skills Required

• • At least 3-5 years experience
  • Industry experience
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Charter booking experience
  • Computer experience a must
  • School Bus transportation experience

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• • Incumbent must be able to move about the office and between floors; utilize standard office equipment; access filing system/cabinets; and communicate effectively and efficiently in person or by telephone.
  • Little or no travel required, but meeting with local customers may be necessary.
