Lincoln Tech's WorkforceLinc Division
Be a positive contribution to the industry.
This role is for experienced technicians who want to give something back to the trade that built them. Whether your background is in chassis and trailer systems, refrigerated containers, or both — if you know the work, we want you teaching it.
You'll stay hands-on, stay relevant, and stay connected to the equipment you know best, while helping shape safer, better-prepared technicians entering the industry. Instead of grinding through another decade of wear and tear, you'll invest your experience where it matters most: training the next generation.
