Job Description: Chat Service Representative at Perkins Coie LLP
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming chat inquiries from clients and provide timely and accurate information
- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
- Document all chat accurately in the system for future reference
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless chat service experience for clients
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
