Job Description:
" Workflow Optimization & Automation: Identifying and developing custom GPTs, workflows, and automation to replace manual tasks with AI-driven solutions.
" Demo & Enablement: Awareness of new ChatGPT functionality that comes out and conducting weekly/monthly demo sessions on specialized techniques to maximize output quality.
" Usage Analysis & Adoption: Monitoring usage metrics such as message volume, tool diversity, and "power user" engagement to evaluate AI ROI and adoption rates.
" Prompt Engineering & Governance: Building libraries of tested prompts, establishing guardrails for safe/ethical use, and ensuring compliance with data security policies.
" Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering with different functional teams to create tailored AI playbooks and use cases
