As a CHB Operations Associate, you play a critical role in ensuring our customers’ imports move smoothly, compliantly, and on time. You will manage end‑to‑end customs brokerage operations for a dedicated portfolio of accounts, partnering closely with customers, carriers, government agencies, and internal teams.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of CHB
6 -12 months of experience in the industry
Knowledge of Section 232 IEEPA tariff structure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently
Persistently drives issues to closure
Well organized, detail oriented – especially when working under pressure
Works together with others in the business unit to achieve results, fosters teamwork
Ability to multi-task in a face paced environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, or equivalent work experience
Customs House Brokerage License preferred but not required
Salary: $56,000 - $60,000*
Benefits: Full time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match
* The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for this position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
