Key Requirements:
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and procedures.
  • Collect copays, balances, and process payments.
  • Verify patient information and update records.
  • Provide patients with visit summaries, referrals, and instructions.
  • Answer phones and assist with general inquiries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
  • Support front office operations as needed.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer and data entry proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred.

Shifts:
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
