ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Operational & Quality Control Responsibilities:
 
The quality control functions include, but are not limited to, using the appropriate documentation to ensure that all products and orders are received, handled and shipped correctly. Associates will verify that products and/or orders meet quality standards, including reporting any damages or discrepancies. Associates will stack, package, shrink wrap, and label products. All quality control functions will be processed as defined by the Standard Operating Procedures and Tray Appearance Guidelines.
Conduct quality inspections of new production receipts.
Conduct quality inspections of inbound shipments.
Conduct pre-load quality inspections of outbound shipments.
Verify RF functions are being used to load pallets.
Ensure all pallets for a shipment have been loaded with no pallets left behind.
Return dock loading documentation to shipping clerk.
 
Notify supervisor of any discrepancies between dock quantities and quantities on loading documentation.
Perform post receipt validations regarding established quality criteria.
Assist in updating visual aids, process instructions, quality procedures, corrective and preventive actions, client documentations.
Assist in the review and validation of all controlled documentation used and displayed throughout the plant against QIS.
Participate in the Continuous Improvement Projects.
Maintain clean and organized conditions(5S+) of the workstation(s) and/or area(s).
Continuously work on improving operations communication.
Support other areas as required.
 
 
 
 
Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance
 
All Associates are responsible for executing all safety protocols and will accomplish all job tasks in a manner that promotes safety.
Associates are responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility and are required to maintain a clean, neat, orderly work area and assist in security of the warehouse.
Associates will comply with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site-specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS Standards.
 
 
 
Equipment Operation
 
Perform assigned duties using equipment including but not limited to LP & electric forklift(sit-down or stand-up), swing reach truck, scrubber.
Associates are responsible for the upkeep of equipment nd reporting of equipment problems.
Associates will operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner and follow prescribed work methods.
Maintenance: Perform or assist in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 
 
 
Education and/or Experience
Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
1 year MHE Experience
