Our Production and Packaging Teams are growing! (1st Shift) New Pay Rates! Gilman Cheese Corporation is a leading developer, manufacturer, and private labeler of premium, high-quality, clean label, processed cheeses. Production team members rotate in various jobs to prepare and fill boxes with hot cheese. Packaging team members rotate in various positions to cut, package, label, inspect, and stack cheese. All employees at Gilman Cheese learn and follow all safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements. Team members work Monday through Thursday (and every other Friday) from 6:00 A.M. until 4:30 P.M. Starting pay rate is $19.00/hour. Employees are eligible for a $.50/hr. rate increase after 90 days of employment. New hires are also eligible for a $500 bonus after (3) months of employment and a second $500 bonus after (6) months of employment!
