We are hiring a full-time Tandoor Chef for our Indian restaurant in Chicago.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare naan, roti, kulcha, and other tandoor breads.
- Cook tandoori chicken, kebabs, and other tandoor dishes.
- Marinate meats and prepare ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
- Work as a team and help with general kitchen tasks as needed.
Schedule:
- Tuesday to Thursday: 12:00 PM 9:30 PM
- Friday: 12:00 PM 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM 9:00 PM
- Closed on Mondays
Requirements:
- Valid work authorization required.
- Training will be provided if needed.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
